I also sold many on the road on Book-fairs.
It appears that a used book was sold on Amazon and now an other used one is being sold.
The ones I have on Amazon are all first printing brand new that I will personalize and sign before shipping.
The ones that can be bought through Amazon will still come from me and I will deal with all the mailing.

After reading the information and reviews on this book, I had to get it.I decided to get the limited hard cover copy.
