Dear Lionel; How great of you to write about our event at Fort Belvoir. You mentioned Mack Trucks at Hagerstown,MD. Yes,I visited the plant many times when I worked at Mack.We would fly the Mack Helicopter from PA and land in Hagerstown.I remember one year that they had so much trouble with Black Birds. They had thousands and thousands in trees and could not get rid of them,it was one of those strange thing that happens every so often. Glad you enjoyed the book ,and hopefully you can tell others. As you might remember,I decided not to distribute the book through those big book chains as I enjoy personalizing each one, and till the First Edition is gone, I will continue to do that.Amazon is doing a good job for me for the average reader, and YBP Library services and Midwest Library services is doing a great job for Librarians. I hope I see you again. Ciao' Franco

I had the pleasure of meeting you at Fort Belvoir. I found your book very inspiring. I have been many of the places mentioned in your book. Hagerstown Maryland has a Mac Truck Plant which sponsors a Rodeo every year. I have performed at this Rodeo which is held in the parking lot of the Mac Truck Plant. Your book is the very reason America is as great as she is. It is because of people like you that take an opportunity that is given to them in this great country and turn it into reality. I hope we meet again.

Franco Antonetti, the author of the memoir titled "I Wouldn't Die." saw that many of his sales through Amazon were going to Universities Libraries as well as Public Librariesand that gave him a great idea.Have Franco go to the Libraries.Yes Franco began just a short time ago contacting Libraries that he would indeed attend an event at their facility for FREE!!. The events began to fill much faster than Franco could say no.He agreed to visit The North East as there is where the interest grew quickly. He will drive from Arizona to the North East with as many events as possible in 2005. NJ,NY,&CT.were the first to confirm. Check out the book at Amazon. If you like the remarkable life story, schedule your event while there may be some dates left.If an event is not possible at this time, order a signed copy of the book or possibly a limited hard cover copy that only 100 numbered copies were printed.

the Midwestern Book Review just released its latest review of the Memoir titled " I Wouldn`t Die ". "I Wouldn`t Die:A memoir is the dramatically titled autobiography of a man who survived incredible hardships and personal risks in the course of his life time. A miraculous story of survival, tracing his life from Rome,Italy to New Jersey,Pennsylvania, and Georgia.I wouldn`t Die tells of the journey from childhood to fatherhood,of living through wars and watching history unfold, and striving to do one`s best in a demanding world. An inspirational life story, written in down-to-earth prose that inexorably draws the reader in."
