We are glad to inform you that the first issue of the Online Alumni News Letter will be published on 28 th February 2003.

The name of the News Letter will be VIBGYOR ( Name Suggested by Nampoori Sir). Alumni can submit brief articles , information regarding placements,
breakthroughs in the field of photonics, etc . You can send your submission to ispalumni@photonics.cusat.edu [On or before February 18, 2003]

ISP Alumni Association

Dear Friends,

Thanks for selecting me as the president of Alumini Association. The first Executive meeting held on 13-1-03 decided the following matters.
1. Collection of Membership fee and working Fund.
2. Starting of a Placement cell for ISP
3. Starting an electronic news letter contains the articles of Alumini members
4. Steps to increase the interaction between members and utilizing sharing the information, facilities of their working place for the promotion the photonics subjects
5. Conducts seminars, workshop at ISP/out side venue by Alumini members for the fund raising and Promotion of the subject among the people (School, College Students and Industry).
