This aritcle leads to this observation:

Notice how the Right Wing (Bush, Limbaugh, Cheney and others)are always advocating state rights. Keep the Feds out of our lives, they scream out every election. Power to the citizens and voters of the state. (uh huh...right)

When the voters of California overwhelmingly passed a law that would allow sick individuals to use pot for medical reasons, the feds promptly stepped in and started arresting cancer victims for possesion charges. Started arresting couples who grow pot for sick people.

The Right Wing will only support states rights if the voters pass laws that they agree with, otherwise, HERE COME THE FEDS...HERE COME THE FEDS... (Hypocrites)

Another example: The voters of Oregon passed a law that would allow doctors to practice euthanasia. Again, John "The Wanna Be Nazi" Ashcroft ordered the Feds to arrest any doctor who pulled a Kevorkian.
