everyone seems to think that the penalty can't be waived. all it takes people is a swipe of the pen, and anything can be done. i still feel the p.o. is desperate to get rid of employees, and to manipulate an early out without penalties might be what it takes. right now i would never say never around this place, they trully can do what they want. | | |

Heard the same thing in my building. Someone who knows someone from L'Fake Plaza. Heard the same about supervisors too. We'll see. This person also told us about the incentive from last time and it happened. Hope it's true.

I wish the real 204B would register so we'd know if they were the one who said an incentive was coming this year. No one believed them back then... but it came to pass. Also the 204B said that the penalty might be waived too.. but we see that didn't come to pass. I believe if the penalty was waived... the PO would have gotten the numbers they needed, but I KNOW... the penalty being waived will never happen.
3.8 years to go...
