However the person who retired with me received copies of ALL the paper work they sent in and other documents on nov 4 09.

A letter explained that the paper work was being sent to the eagan accounting center which will close out payroll and forward ALL records within two weeks to OPM.

then OPM will contact the person with a (CSA) civil service annuity number.

the letter went on to explain that opm will send 70 to 80 percent of the annuity within 5 to 6 weeks of separation.
