Umm... this isn't a new idea at all, is it? I first encountered this exact same concept by Jon Haddock at http://whitelead.com/jrh/ISPs/index.html last April (that's when I saw it, but I don't know when he did it). And he has his work shown too. So is this a case of great minds thinking alike, or of imitation and superior marketing?

Paul, I was thinking the same thing. Very odd for two people
to come up with this same idea, but possible.
