Updated to 10.2.2 earlier today, and haven't notice any problems yet. I have the following haxies and mods:

-WindowShadeX (for windowshading, and shadow tweaking)
-Tinkertool (for the scrollbars)
-Dock mod to add a hide menu
-Shell tweaks (remembering all the commands I've ever typed into the terminal)

All settings were preseved just fine for me.
