When is the last day you will accept postal entries as only just realised there are no entries on the day?

Please can I still enter the race as with the other messages just posted didn't realise there were no entries on the day?

To the race organisers......Hello - I'm afraid I have lost the letter you sent regarding my race number. Will it be OK to sort it when I register on the day? I have already entered and paid etc.

Hi I sent my race form off in october early november time and i havnt yet recieved a race number that should of been sent to me by now an its 6 days till the run. I didnt send a self addressed envolope as it didnt say on the form that i needed to, and i am getting concerned that you have not recieved my form or it has been lost in the post and im worried that i am not entered for the run please get back to me as i dont no where i stand.

Oh i forgot to add that this is the first time i have ran this race so i dont know how it is organised.

I have had a letter with details of my race number but no actual number to pin on my vest. Will these be sent out or is it a case of collecting it on Sunday ?

The person who usually deals with the race forum has had to go away unexpectedly, I'm sorry.

To everyone who has asked, safety pins will be available on the day, Tony will be accepting postal entries right up until Saturday, and if there is no chance to get the entry to him in time, it will be possible to squeeze a few in on the day! There is a record of numbers etc at the race, so if yor cheque has been cashed, then you are in!

Regarding the queries about race numbers. Your race number is on the letter accepting your entry. You then have to collect your race number on the day from the school. That way we know how many people start the race. There are pins available but it is always best to bring your own. The course is very wet and muddy!!

Like I aksed earlier though - as a Charnwood Hills virgin - where's the map of the course?!. Ta.

Another great race, brilliantly organised. Lovely cakes and hot chocolate at the finish!

As some of you are probably aware we have had a few race recording problems today. I will try and post a set of provisional results up on the website by close of play today. Where there are known holes in the results I'll try and fill these and ask for your help in sorting problems out.
