What can you do to change it then?

We ought to have less complains and more actions in the world.

This is exactly the kind of thing I would change back in the states. As you know, I was active in my last school's student government including their financial and technical committees. And my first impulse IS to do something about it, but I feel powerless because of the language barrier. So, I would love to raise hell but don't feel powerful enough to do so. And I'm not sure how to overcome this, any thoughts?

I heard that at Matsushita Denko, any group that is not profitable gets A3 paper, not A4. They have to cut it in half and use it. Because A3 is cheaper... but I guess this doesn't have much to with your entry. ;-)

Hmmm, good to know I'm not alone in opressive paper policies.
