This one works for me and is especially good for sore throats or if you lose your voice. It works almost instantly and the cider vinegar helps to kill any evil bacteria.

1 part cider vinegar
2 part hot water
honey to taste
Sprinkle of cayenne pepper

A warning :it is quite smelly and foul tasting :)
