1.) sleep if you can
2.) eat cough drops all day... just dont forget to brush your teeth so you dont get cavities
3.) i eat honey... and try to avoid eating toast and other food that can really hurt your thought if you start choking. its not pretty.
4.) make smoothies... eat ice cream!
5.) take advantage of your mom... well thats what i do.
