Hey did anyone mention hot chicken soup? My mom would make me Lipton's Noodle Soup and throw in a handful of rice to give it more body. Plus a little extra salt. Throw some garlic in, too.

I'm looking for some instant-cold relief myself, besides taking my head off and throwing it in the garbage can. Think I'll try the ginger tonics first.
