Do not be too concerned - it is just a phase you are going through. I was once a flipper, but managed to right myself. Although, that occassional flip is just unavoidable when your bottom becomes soggy....

If possible I always order my sandwiches with two bun bottoms. That way I can sandwich-flip with wild abandon.
Finally, I am truly alive, dammit!
