OMFG! I have never had that happen to me! There have been occasions where some old gent, a few doors, has pulled a "Godzilla" and shot out green liquidy stuff. Reminded me of green jello before being set in a mold.
Still ROFLMAO.

I mentioned this to my host family a few days ago, and they shared some similar war stories with me. My host brother was once running to get to the train, doors are about to shut, and a guy inside the train pukes onto the platform. My host brother had to pull out some ninja-style last second foot-pivot action to avoid. My host dad told me about elderly businessman having nomi-kais on the platform. Yep, spreading out the newspaper and cracking open the kan-biru and partying down. Good times. My host-dad put it: "Nihon-jin wa omoshiroi deshyo!" Good call.
Haven't had godzilla attack my denshya yet tho ;)
