Malaysia = Southeast Asia, I think thats what he was referring to. Strange though, Ive never really seen that many of these shops inside of Taipei. Mostly its outside in smaller industrial areas where traffic isnt really much of an issue. But, public decency I guess. Damn, there goes one idiosincracy I actually thought was kind of cute about Taiwan.
