I was surfing the web and decided to look up what is happening in my old hometown. Grew up there, graduated in 1969 from L-town Junior-Senior High School, joined the Air Force in 1970, and decided never to come back. Well, I visit once and a while to see what is new, but I am happy to see that Boydies is still prospering in this day of fast food outlets. I can remember eating there in the late 1960s: a hamburger and fries never tasted better. I can tell you that Bodyies is a treasure not fould in most places in the USA. Treasure it.

You said we would get specials this week in back March of 2004! I would be interested in seeing them if you put them up. :) Have a great day!

I was browsing the net and decided to search for information on Littlestown PA where I once lived in the 80s. I worked as Office Administrator at Aristokraft and then as manager of the now defunct L.F.Widmanns Drug Store on Queen St . Boydies was a favorite place to buy our lunches ( Angie Doughgerty ..Tina ..Tabby Weaver ..and all those that once worked there ) Wonderful food at a place that has survived this fast food world . May you last another century plus and keep churning out those home cooked meals and desserts . My blessing to all those in Littlestown with a special hello to the girls and Stan at the bank and to Larry at the Hardware Store . A special memory of Mildred Phreaner ..Doc Phreaner 's dearly departed wife that lived above the liquor store while I was there . What a special time it was to have lived in your town!Sincerely , joan s ressman now of Warner Robins Georgia .
