Thanks... The "PW" notation makes sense, as my claim that I filed when I went out again was denied, and I sent a CA7 for the 4hrs a day that OWCP was supposed to pay me, if I was able to continue working.

i am working on a reconsideration in regards to the denied claim. Hopefully it will be decided in my favor and then I can go back and file for the additional 4hrs a day for that time period.

I have spoke with my dr concerning what exactly is needed in a addendum several times... its getting to the point where he is going to be really fed up... but this is what he is supposed to do.. it is very frustrating!
