There is a major street in Kansas City, Kansas, called Black Bob Road. I am very curious about the origin of this road name. Could you please help me?

can somebode help mi to answer on this question,is this avenue , maybe in Washington
This always fascinating avenue was cleverly named by the so-called flower children culture of the last century. It's situated just south of a noteworthy square, one filled with religious significance. marko_ljubicic_2000@yahoo.com
