Ever since I was a kid, wednesday has been my favorite weekday. Half the week is over, and the weekend is in sight. To top it all off, wednesday is new comics day!
Comics used to come on Fridays, with a partial shipment on Tuesday. That blew major chunks because nobody knew what was coming out when. There have been rumblings about changing days again, but I hope they don't. Lots of people revolve their week around new comics day, and the slightest change can catch them off guard.
That being said, comics will ship on Thursday next week (9/4/2002) because of Labor Day. Plan accordingly...

Good Lord!! Well, whatever public nudity that was endured, the Labor Day Extravaganza was simply UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I am basking in the afterglow of my 150 comic purchase and still can't believe I was able to find such tasty morsels like the DEADPOOL: CIRCLE CHASE and the DD: FALL FROM GRACE storylines.
I've actually bid on these on eBay in their TPB format and lost both bids. Now I have my own minty fresh copies in my hot little hands. Someday, someone is going to write a song about dan....I'm telling ya'.
