JJ - If I can ever catch up with Kat at OOB and get a re-up on the sponsorship, we'll get some new jerseys. Whatcha thinkin' as far as color, style, etc.?

Deuce - Travelocity has great deals on flights to Honolulu if you miss your old - ahem - "friends" that much already. I think the layover is in Frisco, too, so you can pick up plenty of extra-special gifts on the way over.

Randy sent me some photos a few weeks ago. I'll post them on the site as soon as I get a chance to weed out the pornographic ones (I'm keeping those all to myself).

Randy and Vags, that was a gift from me to the both of you. Please don't forget the KY I left as well. Use it liberally, and don't forget about the reach around.

Hope you both are doing well. Let me know when you finally tie the knot.

By the letter of the rule book I think it was called properly. However I think in summer the ref's should be aware of the impact of such a call.

After having two days to think about it, the most fair call probably would have been to award the foul, give a yellow card, and say it happened in the box thus resulting in a PK. Now that's not by the rules really, but I think it serves both parties fairly.

But the ref had about 2 seconds to think about it so. Oh well, unfortunate but that's how the game is played.

MJ: Yeah, that red was a tough call, especially early in the match. You guys were tough even with 6. Looking forward to a rematch in the playoffs. Good luck in the rest of the regular season.

Good game last night Blaze. I would have certainly preferred to play with 7, rather than 6, but hopefully we'll get another shot in the tourney. Playing a man down in summer is no joke. I was the exhausted keeper getting teed off on all second half. Wow, that was fun.

Footy TV commentary is always filmed Tuesday nights. Final product is edited Wednesday & Thursday. Tape goes to Channel 7 on Fridays.

For whatever reason, Channel 7 needed the tape Tuesday, December 17. There wasn't enough time to get it all together.

It's updated frequently, and many times I have retrieved the latest Blaze, Inferno, & Battery scores for the CVSA website from here on Monday morning when the referees don't call them in. Try the Richmond Stars website - that hasn't been updated since before the turn of the century.

Kent, the Richmond Blaze website is a great addition to the CVSA site, no matter what Frogger says from behind his lilly pad.
