I've been to Scotland.
"Scottish Mental Health Week" is like having an Irish Day Of Sobriety, a French National Fifteen Minutes Of Not Being Intolerable, or a German Nanosecond Of Good Pop Culture Sense.

Never been proposed to, but when I was drinkin' I had a habit of getting bombed at weddings and the proposing. Lisa would always say, "Ask again when your sober."

The "Scottish Mental Health Week" page doesn't say which week in October it is. Those wacky Scots.
