I have to admit, I think Jag has slowed down my 600MHz iBook too. Though the finder is more perky in list view. This is kind of disappointing.

I hope it's an optimization thing. That is, I hope someone will discover the GUI tweaks that make Jaguar running relatively faster on the iBooks.
