Hey fellow Mailhandlers! Newbie here..

Just curious if any of you have used any of these comp lawyers advertised here on PEN?

Who has had success and is happy with their lawyer?

I had an On the Job Injury a year ago and I feel it is time to go after a schedule award. I will try to work another couple years then I will be trying to medically retire. So I'm thinking this schedule award situation will be a good evaluation period for a lawyer/firm when I need the retirement representation.

Anyway, I hurt my back and from what I read so far, back injuries are kind of a grey area when it comes to schedule awards. I am permanently disabled, inoperable and reside on a light dury assignment until the cows come home!

SO I need to get the ball rolling here. I'm most apprectiative of any responses/recommendations.
