25% of what kind of injury?? A shoulder, hand, foot, what?? They all pay differently for scheduled awards.

To All
Whether you, or one of your postal friends, is worried about being excessed or not you really need to read the article that I posted this morning - 9/26/09.
Please follow the link below and read "Excessed Clerk Fired For Failing the 805 Driver Training Test"
http://www.postalemployeenetwork.com/
This is a rather large (1.87mb) PDF file that will open in a new window. If you cannot access it now due to heavy internet traffic please try later.

I was totally shocked that the Memphis BMC did not take a moment of silence to honor the victims of 911.
That was wrong. Just shamful

We didn't have to wait for an official ceremony to honor the dead. Could have done it on our own. We should have a day to honor the hundreds of thousands killed by drunk drivers over the years.

Our office did nothing to honor those that died on 9/11. I myself was wondering if it was from higher up or just local.

Just curious how many Post Offices honored those that died on 9/11 with a moment of silence or another way....I was very shocked that my office did nothing to honor those folks. It was very disheartening to say the least.

You should be able to request a ETC report directly from any supervisor in your building. It's YOUR time. You don't even have to tell them why, just that you need to check your time for that particular pay period. TSP losses I'm not sure of, but it definitely affects your retirement calculations.

I have no idea what that was all about lol but thanks for being on my side. You are right about a TACS ID #. The problem is obtaining any information that is privy only to management. And yes I know the union is available and I have them on top of this but the problem is that they do not represent anyone with and EEO case. I just recently found out about this and was baffled by it. So I am basically on my own at least with the Redress part of this. And no offense to union officials, but I seem to get more done on my own then with them working on it. As I said before, they were totally unaware of the effect LWOP has on your TSP. SO how much money has been lost by other fellow employees and their TSP? Anyone that has been charged LWOP "illegally" and cares about their TSP needs to bring it to the attention of the union or look into it themselves. I am still learning about this and when I have all the facts I will let everyone know. I know a good bit now so if anyone has any questions on it I will do my best to answer them. Thanks.
