Ok, call me jaded - but for US$139, I expected a little
more. This small (8 inch) robot can walk forward, walk
backward, stop, and make a noise. The core functionality
is a cam that syncronizes the movement of legs and feet.
So, the motor turns and he walks. This is pretty much a
refinement of the small windup robots we've all seen.
It is cute, as they intended, but if I had $139, I'd put
it towards a Mindstorms kit.

On the other hand, the paper cutout model is kinda cool.
