Grrls are so all about feelings and stuff. Anyways, I think that most friendships have an expiration date. They're with you for a certain period of your life then they move on as you both grow and mature (hopefully). You've said you're sorry now it's probably time you moved on. Live a good life then bump into them at a seniors dance hall (in my case, an asylum) later on and embellish your misadventures... Happy thoughts! Long live Grrl Radio!

I agree with Bonnie. Although it's interesting that this discussion seems to be the one and only Google result for "a shrine of Jen with glitter and candles in my closet" ;).

Dom,

I don't consider it stalking since Jen and I used to be best firends and I messed up our friendship by being selfish and I want to make amends for my mistakes.

It's not like I have a shrine of Jen with glitter and candles in my closet.

This is borderline stalking isn't it?

Hello Bonnie. Call Becky Hannon - who has information about the BofA collection that was housed at that gallery. Her number is: (704)388-3104. I'm guessing she'll be a good resource. If that doesn't work out call that BofA branch in Seattle. (206) 358-7807 Just ask about your friend, they just might be able to help...folks in Seattle are oh so friendly. Also, give a quick check at other galleries in the Seattle area because there are lots of them in Seattle. Good luck,
Karan

I'd love to Corona, but unfortunately the gallery she worked at closed in March.

maybe you could call or contact the actual gallery somehow?
they might be able to at least pass on a message to her...or get the address of the gallery and send her some kind of phreaky home-made apology kit!

thanks for all your suggestions! After some quick research from my friend Anne, I think I managed to find her correct email address. I sent off an email begging for forgiveness, so hopefully she'll write back and I can rebuild our friendship.

I found a lot of my old friends from high school on classmates.com . I know this sounds like a commercial for them, but I just did a quick search and there are 354 Jennifer Mills listed. If you know what schools she went to and what year she graduated you could get lucky and find her there. Good luck.
