Sigh. I saw a Twink CD at my favorite record store, and bought it, and it turned out to be a 70's psychedelia record reissued. Not bad, good enough to keep, but definitely not what I was looking for or expecting.

No offense to the guy, I'm all for people doing their own thing, but is it really so surprising the label tanked? I mean...I just can't see a huge market for toy piano mix music, I pretty well got my fill after sampling a couple of the realplayer bits on the site.

I just bought a copy online. I think it is quite clever and cool. This is a perfect example of why the RIAA arguements are garbage. The Internet has not reduced my music purchases and I love finding new things that would never get exposure from a major label. Nice post Mark.

I bought a copy when it came out, and went back for several more to give friends. The book that the disc comes in is amazing. For the price, it's a no-brainer if you're even remotely interested in cool packaging and eclectic music. Too bad about the label deal, Mike was destined for greatness.
