Happy birthday!
I've found my 30s to be a lot fun then my 20s. More money, and less responsbility then those of my friends who haves kids and mortgages :-( And, since to our wonderful friends in medical science, we'll probably have 20 or 30 good years tacked onto the end of our lives anyway. So really, we're still in our teens.

Hi Bonnie, I stumbled in here courtesy of a Goblin, and birthdays are always good 'net fodder.
I REALLY like your site. I've gotten off on such tangets here I thought I'd never find my way out, but I didn't mind. This is my first posting (blush blush).
I'm not there yet! I still have to catch up to everyone who is 30+. Darn my luck to be two, three, four or more years behind everyone else I know now. I'm the baby of the bunch.
Insofar as I barely know you, happy birthday and may you never run out of interesting things to think about.
Imagine a total stranger walking up to you and handing you a bouquet of tiger lilies and Queen Anne's lace. That was me.

I agree that the 30's are great. I'm 31 now and I must admit as someone said I got a bit depressed then because I was "officially in my 30s" but I now I feel pretty good. I'm in a much better place than I was in my 20s as I know myself a lot better now. I just hate it when those annoying twenty somethings nake jokes about us being old and saying that sayings like "thirty is the new twenty" are just there to make us feel better! They're the ones with no idea about life at that age so why should we need to be made to feel better?
