Good for you, Bonnie. My dad changed careers & went back to school in his late 50s, so it's really not a big deal to do it at 30. And studying someone you obviously love so much sounds great. Congratulations.

Coolness! It's good that you're exploring new careers instead of turning into some old bitty waiting for retirement.
Good luck Bonnie!

You go for it! I changed careers at 28 and then again at 40. It's a good thing. And, when you're ready...please come up to Olympia, WA and fix my yard. It's an acre of big mess! Flummel, Flummer, Flummo http://bazillion.home.attbi.com/index.html

I'd love to go back to school! It would be so nice! I wish I had the ability to do so right now!
but Cabrillo's horticulture motto: Salvias are our speciality
That just sounds a little strange... hehe

dive in! personally I'm jealous. Just a year out of school, and it's all I think about. I think the next time I go at it I'm going to shoot for a degree in theology. The Spork

This will be weird going back to college after being gone for so long, but it should be fun to learn all about plants. ;-)
I plan on getting my Master Gardener certificate as well...
