Shoulda guessed Brittney's a Bill Bryson fan. It's a common trait among highly intelligent smartasses. :)

Bryson's unabridged audiobook of Neither Here nor There: Travels In Europe is simply the funniest goddamn thing I have ever heard, ever.

I heard it. Listened to it for a whole week on my walkman at the Greenway.

I loved "A Walk in the Woods" too. You should check out "Blue Highways: A Journey into America" by William Least Heat-Moon.

You might want to check out Joe Queenan´s If you´re talking to me, your career must be in trouble. It´s a collection of essays on movies, of which Mickey Rourke for a day is the funniest thing I´ve ever read.

Check out "Round Ireland with a Fridge" by Tony Hawks. If you like Bryson, you should enjoy that. My sides hurt from laughing after reading it.
