I completely see what I am missing out on by not playing the ukelele- a lonely life filled with mockery.

That'd be the great Jake Shimabukuro, of the Hawaiian bands Pure Heart and Colon. He has a homepage at http://www.jakeshimabukuro.com I saw him perform with Colon at a Borders books on the Big Island a year and a half ago -- truly amazing.

Eek, thanks for reminding me why I so dread going back to Hawaii in August. Honestly, I don't actually wish anyone there harm, but if the islands were to slowly start sinking, such that the population had to disperse, that would be ok with me.
