Hello,

First, we apologize. Our staffers were on vacation and just got back.
Second, you should have received an e-mail with a renewal link to click on to AUTOMATICALLY renew your name. Domain names are normally $35 dollars; we sell .com/.net/.org names for only $19.95.

Third, you don't mention what domain name you are actually trying to renew. Please tell us.

Finally, we'll check if your name can still be renewed when you e-mail it to us. Assuming it's still can be renewed, you can send $19.95 via Paypal (at www.Paypal.com) to sales@registersetgo.com. Once your payment is received and cleared, your name will be reactivated and renewed for one year. But, again, please do NOT send us any money until we have verified if your domain name is still renewable. If it's NOT now renewable, you'll have to wait for it to become publicly available again (usually 90 days or so after expiration) and then re-register it before someone else does.

Best regards,

John @ Skyweb Media
