Dear Ragbrai Teams,
This is a message to invite you to participate in Bike MS 150. Riders pedal over 150 miles in two days through the rolling hills of the majestic Cedar Valley to raise awareness and funds to create a world free of MS. The ride begins in historic countryside of Atkins, Iowa and continues on the Iowa Plaines through Newhall, Van Horne, Keystone, Elberon, Vining, Clutier, and Garwin. The bike ends in the sprouting city of Marshalltown, Iowa. This year will mark the 2nd year for this fundraising bike ride. Riders will be treated to breakfast each morning, complimentary food and beverages at various rest stops about every 8-10 miles along the route, as well as a team of bike repair experts, and plenty of support vehicles. Lunch is provided at a rest stop each day and music, a variety of food, massages, and excited cheering crowds and free beverages await the riders at the finish line. On Saturday evening, a banquet is held for all riders, volunteers, and their families. Come and ride for a cause, ride for a cure..
