I have completed adding Mike Adcock's comments, I also went from row 51 down and put in what I thought the Category/Subject should be. The document is downloaded and ready at: http://ubl.cim3.org/~lcsc/lcsc-Distributio...ts_0p4-16may02a.xlsThe Category/Subject list that we have agreed upon and are using for this document are: Typo/Editorial; BIE Related; Model Related; Approach Related; Context Related; and Other. When we used "Other", we also put reference to what we felt it was related to. Peter, please go through document from row 51 and down, and check my decisions on Category. Review outstanding feedback to be captured into spreadsheet - - ARTS (from meeting notes to spreadsheet) [Lisa-done] - EWG D1/D2 (check if already documented; from meeting notes to spreadsheet) [Gunther] [Lisa will be talking to Gunther on 5/16, will find out] 2. Category/Topic - - list of (std) categories - review and assignment 3. Clarification with authors - - review processs - assignments (to obtain clarification) 4. Finalize and announce availability of spreadsheet - - add column heading "options" - deliberate on spreadsheet filename -- ("lcsc-0p64distribution-comments-0p3.xls" ?) - confirm task completion - announce and provide link to lcsc list - announce and provide link to lcsc-comment list? - ask ubl-lcsc members to review and prepare for discussion and disposition at the F2F - or ubl membership as a whole? . I cannot put a link to the "Rawling_Comments.zip" file, for two reasons:
(a) that file is not in the feedback folder yet [Lisa, please upload], and
(b) a "zip'd" file is not browsable.
Therefore, Lisa, could you unzip it, and then upload the upzipped version to the "feedback" folder please. (Of course, if it is way to big, I guess one might still have to leave it in a zipped format.)

How about if we all review what the line items are, so far, and then post our thinking to the QuickTopic forum by Sunday evening. Then, some time within Monday, we will decide on the "category" options, and bring THAT to closure prior to our Tue lcsc call ?

There are some clear categories we can start with. Such as administrative (such as change spreadsheet, add column, fix typos, etc), then there is comments pertaining to single elements (such as UBL 00004) which we could call Subject:Element. There are also comments that are pretty general about the entire process. Have any ideas?

As far as I know, the D1/D2 comments are not part of Gunthers comments. I will contact him and ask him to clarify where they came from.
