Been running it for a couple of hours now. For the most part, it's good old mIRC with a coupel of add-ons: the five-times-daily prayer reminder which plays a call-to-prayer, and cute little factoids that you can cut-and-paste into heated arguments with infidel dogs.
The picture of John Walker Lindh, captioned "The Taliban" in the upper right-hand corner of every text window is amusing. Has there ever been a picture of him where he doesn't look as rag-tag as Tom Hanks in Castaway? Shouldn't there be someone who's been with the Taliban longer instead -- say Mullah Omar or Osama? Even more important, aren't the Taliban against the depiction of people in photos and paintings anyway?
The two things I like most about the app are in the "About..." windows:
1. This little slogan: "The Taliban, the most friendly people in the world, possibly the universe"
2. This tech support notice: "If you have any problem with this program, any Suggestion, any thing you want to Share Just email me and I will answer to you as soon as I can (InshaAllah) [meaning 'God willing']". If only all tech support messages were that truthful.
