Dear Lions,

The following message is posted at the request of PID Ben Ward.

It is with a heavy heart that I send this message. I placed a motion in front of the executive that would have given the Saskatoon Forum a potential $20,000 donation. It was defeated unanimously by the executive. Considering this as a vote of non confidence, I had no choice but to resign as Chair.
 
When one works or plays hard (which is the only way I know ) then one loses hard !
 
 I wish to thank all those MD5M people that offered me support and advice. I will always appreciate your help. God Bless !

Dear Lions

Terry Sandry, beloved spouse of PDG Russ Sandry (5M4, 1993-1994) passed away on Monday. A funeral service will be held on Friday at 9:00 AM at the Ceballos Diaz Funeral home at 322 E. Kuhn in Edinburg, Texas 78541. The phone number of the funeral home is 956-383-4931.

PDG Russ is planning to have a Memorial Service at the Zion Lutheran Church in Litchfield, MN late next week, but the arrangements have not yet been finalized.
