here's another great Simpsons link I came across this week: Andrew Nestler's Guide to Math in 'The Simpsons' http://homepage.smc.edu/nestler_andrew/SimpsonsMath.htmA wise, yet obsessive, fan has cataloged every quote from "The Simpsons" regarding math. Whether it's egghead Lisa explaining dodecahedrons to her baby sister, or Homer trying to win an argument by saying, "Fraid so infinity;" it's all here. - from "that awful girl in the guestbar"

I've liked almost every thing that that girl has posted to the guestbar. I just wish there was more volume. She has posted more than most guests, however.
My sister was a huge Pinwheel fan too. About all I remember from it is Silas the snail.

You know, this cartoon always reminded me of the old Nickelodeon show Pinwheel, that they used to show in the 80's. It was like four hours of this crap, and my little sister loved watching it. Me, I always felt like my eyes were bleeding, and that I had just had a psycodelic... or is that psychotic(pfft!) experience, after watching it. Shudder...

"You've got to listen to me! Elementary chaos theory tells us that all robots will eventually turn against their masters and run amuck in an ORGY of blood and kicking and the biting with the metal teeth and the hurting and shoving..." -- Professor Frink
(One of my all-time favorite quotes from that show...)
