Today it was the 14 years And Under Show. Attendance was a litle less than last year. However the children has a good time, a few were at their very first show! The weather was sunny but not too hot as there was a good breeze which did keep us cooler. We only had one fancy dress competitor this year which was a disappointment as there have always been about five every year.
The In Hand And Showing Show will soon be upon us. Don't forget that members have discounted entry fees so do join us, even new members who join on the day - so send in your entries and save some money!

HELP!! Our tack room was broken into last night in Broomfield and the following items were stolen. If anyone gets offered these would they please let me know.

The Jumping show is all organised so hope to see many of you there at our super venue at Fox Pitt Farm. Schedule to download from this web site along with our other shows.The ground is always good and will be just right for our first show of the year.If you haven't been before we have an excellent caterer!!So do come along and enjoy the day.Our entry fees have stayed the same to help with the sqeeze!! We have to thank our many volunteers whose efforts keeps our overheads to a minimum.

Thank you for the lovely day at Saddler's yesterday.Although numbers were small we all had a great time,and the horses enjoyed it too.The atmosphere was lovely and it was nice to see the cameraderie among the competitots and their enteurages.The course was great,as was the dressage.Thanks again for all the efforts of the organising commitee.

Our members only ODE went off well today.Although only a small number competed they thoroughly enjoyed the experience. There was a small shower for a while but it soon passed over and the weather was then just right, not to hot!
Our shows start in June but we hope to run some members only clinics during the year so if you are not a member join to take part.You also get members discounts on all entry fees at our shows.

The schedules are now completed and will be on site to download very soon. If you wish to join our riding club you will get all our show schedules and members only events schedules in the post.

Well the sun is shining and the ground is drying up a little so I hope that the members only mini ODE at Saddlers will go ahead as planned on the 25 th April.
We hope to see some new faces this year,so become a member and join us.

The 2010 schedules are being finalised this week so you wil be able to down load very soon. The members only events schedules will be sent by post directly to members with the other show schedules.

2010 has made a very cold start and I expect most of you includung the horses are fed up with the snow!
Why not brighten your week by coming to our fun quiz on Friday 19th February at the Bull Lower Road EAST FARLEIGH at 8pm. The questions are nothing to do with horse so all the family and friends can join in.

Well yet another super sunny day! The Pony Picnic Day was great, the children really had a good time. No real stress just out to enjoy themselves.To be repeated next year!

My daughter attended the in hand event last week 26/07/09

and she had a wonderful time.

Finishing 3rd she was over the moon when she returned home.

The In Hand and Showing Show was our last big show for 2009 and went very well indeed. Thanks to everyone for their support. Several new members attended and a few more joined on the day. We now can look forward to our members dressage/jumping clinics and maybe another Members only ODE in the Autumn.Of course we must not forget our Christmas meal get-together in December.

Just a quick note to say thank-you to all the In Hand and Showing 2008 trophy winners who have returned their members perpetual trophies so promptly.
