 I especially liked the Minessota accent of the first trooper. Look, Skrike, many of us HAVEN'T seen it yet. If you've got something better, send it along.

 "Is this your droid" "It's your cousin's eh?" "Is this your cousin?" Hilarious send-up of Cops.

But it is more than parody. It is a very clever filling-in of the narrative ellipsis in Star Wars. Like Rosenkranz and Guildersten was to Hamlet, Troops is to Episode IV. Luke's uncle and aunt die because of a quarrell, and the Jawas are stopped by traffic troopers. Brilliant.
