I'm not bothered by a shadow government, really. It's good to know that someone is trying to come up with a strategy for saving those who can be saved from the nuclear fallout. That's better than nothing, in my opinion. But what would I know? I'm only 16. ^_^ Go Bush!

I'm comforted by the idea that, having somehow survived the horror of a nuclear or massive bioweapon attack, in the rubble that used to be civilization, a guy could still potentially get in really big trouble for growing pot. Makes me feel like my tax money is going someplace substantial.
