I forgot to mention we went rock-climbing last night at the local YMCA. I made it 3/4 of the way up the wall, only to have my arms fizzle out on me. Lizzie and the others all made it to the top. I am a wimp.

But I'm carrying more weight -- I mean MUSCLE -- than they are, so there!

I'll be back there, strapped into my harness, helmet on my big ol' head, next Tuesday, doing the Spider-Man thing...
