I should weigh in and say I loved that post, and agree with you hardcoredly. The last thing I look for in a blog is one-note consistency. And humour is almost a requisite: without it, the sobriety mixes with the personal reflection and bam! -- that's how we get self-importance.

To sum up: don't even think about deleting it, or anything else.
