Seems like a good opportunity for a consumer boycott. Write a letter to PetsWarehouse and tell them you won't be buying from them now that you have learned of their lawsuit. You don't do business with companies which sue their customers who complain.

Looks like many of the named defendants have settled, either for cash payments, posting of petswarehouse.com banner ads on their sites, or domain transfers to petswarehouse.com. Shame.

Am I the only one who reads that name as "Pet swear house?"
