You can get LSD to do drug research if you do the right paperwork. I think my husband got his research quality cocaine from cleaned-up drug raid supplies. Maybe LSD is obtained the same way. I'll have to ask. Addiction research centers have many different kinds of drugs, all in small quantities and locked up in safes, of course. My favorite was research into the affect of conginers (non COH componants of booze).
