Woodring tells that story in the Big Book of Jim actually.

Mr. Woodring has written a few lesser known mainstream comics that are completely brilliant. Aliens: Labyrinth is one of my favorites. Watch as Giger's drooly bugs try to force a man to have sex with his own mother after plucking her arms and legs off, in an effort to expand the breeding stock. Then watch as the afwul things are brought down by lowly mold.
