Well guess I'm tough out of luck. Live in a small town with only one local number which is a small town too. Can't even get AOL, and theres only 2 ISP's in the town, which rates are through the roof. Any body ever finds free or even cheap numbers for 574-772-XXXX let me know.

Hey Barbara - Have you tried Juno and Access4free? They both give you 10 hours a month for free. Go there and see if they have free numbers in your area. www.juno.com and www.access4free.com. If you write your emails offline (in your notepad) and then copy and paste them to your Yahoo email or any other online free email, you can pretty much do a lot online in 20 hours a month. Or, if you have Eudora or Outlook Express, you can just write your emails offline and they will send them automatically when you go online. It saves a lot of online time when you do that.

Any of you tried the new netzero hispeed? It really works!
It is faster than regular dial-up networks and cheap. Go and read for info at:

I tried everything I could think of to find one
for you, and it just looks like there isn't one
there. There may be some low cost ones there, at
least lower than they charge here in the states.

I found a website you may be interesting in
pursuing. They say -

At present, about 1.35 million Mexicans have
Internet accounts, but nearly 2.7 million people
use the Internet either at home or in cybercafes.
Terra is the second biggest access provider in
Mexico, with 28 percent of the market (380,000
accounts)—more than half of which are free
Internet accounts.

Go check it out at:
