James Vogel /m49417 -- Too bad about being upset. Until it is delivered it is under the control of the sender and regulations. The sender is entitled to know that it didn't get delivered and might need to find another way to contact the recipient if it is that important. It gets returned after 15 days regardless of the reason. (I agree that "temporarily away" is better.)
