Cool, but I disagree that this will make it hard for security measures on new broadcast technologies. The security on broadcast signals (TV today, and probably radio and data services in future) isn't in the difficulty of decoding the radio signal. The security's in the fact that the data it carries is encrypted, so you can decode the signal and all you get is random looking bytes. To decrypt the decoded signal you need the current key, which only the broadcaster's tamperproof hardware device (smart card or dongle of some sort) can give you.
