Actually, the Korea Herald is one of the two national English language dailies, so the intended audience is actually speakers of English as a first or second (or third etc I guess) language.
Anyway, nice of them to tell you "you can use it without uneasiness," huh?

hey, at least it's published for a korean audience. I recently bought a samsung monitor (in america) and the manual was absolutely attrocious. here, how about an example?
"TFT LCD panel manufactured by using advanced semiconductor technology with precision of 99.999% above is used for this product. But the pixels of RED, GREEN, BLUE and WHITE color seem to be bright sometimes or some of black pixels could be seen. This is not from bad quality and you can use it without uneasiness."
ummm... could you say that again?
